Each of the five sections in the Padlet refers to one of the ten themes from McKinsey & Company’s report: State of Fashion 2022: An Uneven Recovery and New Frontiers. These themes are predicted to be critical for the fashion business in 2022.
Read all of the provided material posted for each theme. The first posts in each section are pages from the report, that refer to that specific theme. The next is an article or video demonstrating or explaining a current application of that theme.
After reading each of the sections, please do the following to complete this activity:
Research a recent article or video for each theme. For example, if you chose “Metaverse Mindset” you would find an article or video that demonstrates an event, happening or development in the metaverse.
Next add it to the Metaverse section by clicking on the + above the category and selecting the appropriate upload option.
Provide a brief explanation as to why you think this is important for the fashion industry and how this might affect merchandising decisions, by using the “Edit Post” option.
You must provide one article or video with an explanation for each of the five trends to earn full credit for this activity.
