This assignment will demonstrate your ability to review a subject requirement, research information, analyze associated data, evaluate associated data and identify: ethical theories, pros or cons, problems or solutions associated with a particular article or subject/topic and then create a relevant discussion that encapsulates this information ultimately deriving a conclusion or summary.
You shall respond to each question with a substantive response. As a best practice, substantive responses should include 2-3 well-developed paragraphs. When you use information from others, they must cite and reference this

1. Lessig’s Model contains four modes of regulation, name these four modes, provide an explanation of each mode. Additionally, choose one or more of these modalities and research and article(s) that has an association with the modality. Provide substantive commentary of why you believe this modality is relevant.
2. Define censorship by researching an article(s) that has elements of censorship. Provide pros and cons of why the article or information you researched is relevant.
3. Research an article or information where online speech resulted in the physical harm of others. Could the harm have been prevented, and if so, how?
4. Develop ethical polices-you will develop ethical policies that help to constrain behavior within an organization. An example of ethical polices are the Townson University Student Code of Conduct or IT usage policy at Townson University. Your policy must have three ethical elements for each example department-to follow. An ethical element could be a rule or exception specially for that department, more specially, write the three ethical elements for of these departments within a typical organization.
