Research Question : How social media influence crime ?

Section I: Introduction
o Paragraph 1: Statement of the Problem: Spend several sentences telling the audience about the topic you plan to study. Explain it as though your audience is completely unfamiliar with the topic. Short, clear sentences are always best. Set a scene for your audience.
o Paragraph 2: Purpose of the Study: Now that you have explained the broad “what”, spend several sentences homing in more specifically on what your study hopes to uncover about this big topic you just introduced. Walk us through your conceptualization process, if you will. This is a good place to mention if your research project is inductive or deductive.
▪ This paragraph should conclude with you stating your Research Question.
Section II: Literature Review
Pick one or two peer-reviewed journal articles related to your topic. You can use articles you looked up previously, or you can do a new search. The purpose of a Literature Review section is to give the audience a window into major debates/conversations related to your topic, and where your work fits into those conversations. For now, you should: (CHECK FILES)
o Read the “Abstract” of one or two academic journal articles related to your topic. Based on the abstract, describe each article’s main point in one or two sentences.
o Then, spend a few sentences describing how your research will be different. [This may be the most difficult part of the assignment, just give it a shot]
o Remember that this section should be written out in paragraph form. Do not dump the full citation for the article(s) into the paragraph. Just put the authors last name and year of publication at the end of each sentence referencing their work, like this (Dormani, 2020).
