Research Report/ Case Study Analysis
I need a paper over problematic/poor leaders in the military/armed forces.
Provide real life examples from the organization. Identify symptoms indicating that an organizational problem may exist, such as low morale, high turnover, excessive use of sick leave, poor productivity, and frequent conflict. Consider key factors such as decision-making making, communication, power and politics, organizational structure, and leadership. Analyze how these key factors have an impact on the organization’s effectiveness and its performance. Consider conducting informal interviews, administering surveys, and/or making observations of those within the organization to gather more information, to the extent to which you feel comfortable.
All pages are to be double-spaced. The purpose of this requirement is to provide actual experience in succinctly identifying and analyzing a significant work-related organizational behavior problem in a style acceptable to leading professional journals.
Examine a work-related problem in a CASE STUDY. The case study must be written according to the rules of the American Psychological Association Publication Manual. Please be sure to cite references from outside sources, and the majority of references should consist of scholarly journal articles that are related to organizational behavior.
In terms of format, 11 pages in length and double-spaced. Include at least six scholarly references, most of which should come from journal articles.

This statement of the problem should be concise. Some of the wording will be similar to what is in the abstract. Give a statement about what is taking place in the organization and how the employees and the company are being impacted.
Descriptive Overview of the Organization 2 pages with org. chart or other visual
Identify and describe the organization, starting with the larger organization (i.e. Army, a company, a hospital, etc.), and then the specific organization or department that will be focusing on for the study. Indicate how many people work in the organization or department that will be addressing, and what their positions are. An organizational chart or some other visual should be included here.
Problem Background 1 ½ pages
In this section of the paper, explain what has led up to the organizational situation that is being addressed in the paper.
Literature Review 1 page
Explore literature related to the topic and organizational situation.
Problem Analysis 1 page
In this section of the paper, analyze the organizational problem or situation based on the literature review and information or data that have been gathered. If conducted a survey, interviews or a focus group, provide and analyze the results in this section of the paper.
Conclusions 1/2 page
Draw conclusions based on the work for the paper, and if conducted a survey or interviews, made observations, or conducted a focus group, based on the results obtained.
Recommendations 1/2 page
In this section of the paper, provide recommendations for the organization.
