Response Framework

Using the scenario in the document I have attached build a response framework.

Tasks:
1. Briefly describe the scenario. (from he document attached)
2. Develop a framework/algorithm/decision making tool to help identify and respond to toxicity.
3. Using this framework, consider and weigh your response options.
4. Consider the mechanisms and processes you might put in place to protect integrity, financial security, emotional wellbeing, family, career and other domains that I value.

In the document attached I have added a list of domains and impacts I value, as well as response options.

Please use the two documents labeled ‘decision making model’ & ‘ethical decision making model’ as references and to guide you through this task.
