The concept of this retaurant is Asian and Mexican fusion. Located at Las Vegas. and target market is Millennials and Gen X, age range 25~55.

The
following project is to developed new ideas to help the hospitality industry in
the recovery of natural disasters and pandemics. As professors, we urge
you to be inventive in your pursuit of exploring options. Although there
have been several publicly proposed and orchestrated ideas currently in the industry,
we look towards freethinking supported by sound education and research to
provide new avenues and opportunities for the local small business owner.

Your teams developed restaurant is flourishing in the current market, however due to the global pandemic of COVID-19 the economic outlook is still extremely turbulent. The recovery of your community is necessary to revitalize and adapt in the current situation to create a continuing prosperous business. This pandemic has affected your business in many different ways such as your customer base, employment, and access to products, which all need to be addressed.
