So I already wrote the paper but my teacher wants a complete revision of it. He wants it basically rewritten. I uploaded the file below

This is the second of three major paper assignments in this course. In this paper (1500 words) you will submit a revised version of your first paper. Your revision paper is due during the next module and there will be no peer review.
The revised paper will be graded on improvement in the effectiveness of the writing, demonstration of improved understanding of key course concepts, and extension of additional support with relevant detail. Be advised! This is a substantial revision of the first paper – not just a few lines changed here and there. You should be demonstrating your development with the application of sound reasoning and integration of new course concepts covered since the submission of the first paper.

Your revision must show changes using Microsoft Word’s Track Changes feature or else it will not be accepted. If a student submits a file in the incorrect format (or one that does not follow the directions) that assignment will be considered late – even if the incorrect file was uploaded on time. Be sure of what you are uploading. Go back and double check to make sure the correct file was uploaded and viewable in Canvas. Save a copy for your records. It is entirely possible to earn a lower grade on this revision paper than the original. How? By making superficial changes (spelling, grammar, switching sentences around, etc.) without demonstrating new ideas, reasoning, and critical thinking using course concepts. You will be graded on your demonstration of the following (each on a 1-5 point scale - see rubric): 1. Growth and development in the knowledge relevant to the topic beyond what appeared in the first graded version of the paper, including extension of additional support and relevant detail. To show evidence of growth and development, you are expected to do at least TWO of the following: 1. Correct misunderstandings in the first submission 2. Add or improve use of relevant detail 3. Add evaluation of one concept 4. Add comparison/ contrast of two key concepts 2. Communicating effectively with appropriate writing skill, style, level of abstraction, and citation mechanics. Length: 1500 words, not including citations and other non-text material—the revision should be longer than the original paper by one or two pages. Submission instructions: If you received below a level “3” in Writing for your first paper, visit the USF Writing Center for help. Your paper must show the changes made to the revised paper by using "Track Changes" in MS Word. Late assignments will receive a 25% point deduction and will not be accepted after one week beyond the deadline – no exceptions. Assignments received more than a week late will receive a zero. Since this course fulfills the Writing Intensive Exit requirement for USF students, failure to submit any of the writing assignments will result in failure from the course. Final Checklist : 1. Is my paper in proper APA format (Links to an external site.) and does it meet the word requirement of 1500 words (not including reference page)? 2. Did I review the rubric to make sure that I covered all aspects of the assignment (Purposes of schooling, role of the teacher, and effective communication)? 3.
