The Method Section should be written in third person passive voice and should not be a bulleted list. This section should clearly and concisely explain the steps that were followed to complete the lab. The methods section guides the reader through the techniques and apparatus used to generate the data. Provide enough detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Schematic diagrams of equipment may be easier to understand than prose descriptions.
The results section should include all relevant data and should include graphs, figures,and charts properly labeled with titles and captions.
The discussion section is where you tell your readers what to make of the results you obtained in your experiment. If you have done the results part well, your readers should already recognize the trends in the data and have a fairly clear idea of how your claim is supported. The discussion contains several parts, in no particular order, but roughly moving from specific to more general.
