In a literature review, background information is presented on the current state of the field in which you are investigating, so that the reader is led to the conclusion that your research topic is worth learning more about. It might be helpful to think of the literature review as plot details that lead to the final dramatic scene in an action movie. There is an art to developing literature reviews that comes with experience, therefore our goal for this week is to submit a rough draft of our literature review. Please submit a draft of what you have completed to this point, to be reviewed for clarity and mechanics of writing and the structure of your literature review.
