The week 6 assignment requires a persuasive PowerPoint
presentation suitable for delivery to the leadership of the organization
that has authorized the creation of the new solution (the new solution here means new in-house developed software).
Identify the testing procedures and threat modeling outcome that would
show rigor and an acceptable outcome for formal acceptance (such as
C&A or V&V). Like the week 3 presentation, this should be
thorough but not too techy for those in the audience (group of company
managers and leaders)–follow the requirements listed in the assignment
Create a persuasive PowerPoint presentation suitable for delivery to
the leadership of the organization that has authorized the creation of
the new solution. Identify the testing procedures and threat modeling
outcome that would show rigor and an acceptable outcome for formal
acceptance (such as C&A or V&V). Adjust your content to persuade
and help your target audience understand by providing resources to
achieve your objective. At the end of your presentation, be sure to
offer a specific recommendation to your audience.
The presentation slides must be suitable for projection to a group of
managers and leaders drawn from the entire organization that is reliant
on the software. Your preparations will be used for a verbal delivery
to your target audience. Content slides should provide important
keywords, specific tables, and images created for the presentation;
include 150 to 250 words in the Notes area below the slide.
Length: Provide a title page, objectives page, 8 to 10 content
slides, a specific recommendation on a concluding slide, a Q&A
slide, and close with references.
