Select someone living or otherwise that to you represents goodness,
wisdom, beauty, creativity, fulfillment or some other quality that you associate in some way with themes of growth and potential. Find out about this person (interviewing, reading their autobiography, etc.) and write a short paper describing this person. This person can be someone you know, famous or not, an historic figure, fictional, or your grandmother. Along with some background information and whatever else you think is important, be sure to answer the following in your paper: Why you chose this person? When you bring them to mind or are in their presence how are you affected? Describe the qualities that this person possesses. Provide evidence of these characteristics or qualities. Evidence might be in the form of their words, deeds, others’ testimonials, impact on others including you, your direct experience, etc. Don’t just tell us, show us. What can you learn about their own development? What do you take away from getting to know them in this way? And anything else that you think is important or interesting. How does their development relate to any of the material we have read of concepts you know? Approximately 5-6 pages of content (so that doesn’t include the title page and reference page) in APA format.
