The purpose of this paper is for you to state and support your argument or stance related to the topic you select. You are required to communicate your stance with the support of research. For example, if you support affirmative action, you will not be able to clearly communicate your rationale without addressing views adverse to your own. You are required to use case law and the textbook in debating your argument.
