This paper should focus on a different topic from the one chosen in your expository essay. This paper should take on the tone of arguing for the relevance and importance of a particular topic. As we know, some of our workplaces today lack the consideration of the theories and concepts discussed in our class. Your job is to argue for its relevance by using compelling arguments and evidence. Generic statements or circular reasoning will result in a reduction of points. For example, if you were to write any variation of the following quote you will not receive full credit “emotions are important in the workplace because emotions are important.” Think about being a business consultant writing this paper, how will you get your client to buy into what you are suggesting?
