Goal
My
Goal is to bring awareness to sexual harassment in the workplace and how it can
affect an employee’s mental health. Sexual harassment policies can have a major
impact on the success of business.

I will use the databases to conduct a thorough research on sexual harassment
policies, I want to research how sexual harassment policies have affected business
and employees. This will help me to further understand the topic and have
supporting evidence to persuade my audience how the enforcement of strict
