Should Avro company train new employees or recruit expats to cope with the lack of skilled local workforce available?the research proposal is alsmost complete. Therefore, you can use the CV’s to make tables for each role with broad headings and provide categories, then put checks for each canddiate and see who has the maximum ticks. You can make a survey for recruiting expats. Also P&L account & balance sheet are required. If you look at my IA on the last pages there are few questions answered which you could use. Please make sure all the syllabus area are utilized well which will be in the main body “methodoly employed”, and come up with a conclusion of which option is best. Also, pretend you are familiar with the company’s previous recrtuiment, training & appraisal methods, & how much was spent. The financial data could be used as secondary research. Please feel free to alter the research question if needed when the essay is complete. Also, you may alter the research proposal.
