Should University be more inclusive for all?

My draft topic would be fluidAgeism has been called the ultimate prejudice, the last discrimination, the cruelest rejection. It is the third great “ism” in our society, after racism and sexism. Like racism and sexism, it is prejudice or discrimination against a category of college students, is it implicit bias. Should we change the whole concept to reset the culture? One case example; At National University of Ireland, Galaway. The concept in wide consultation of students, faculty, and staff. They now have affirmed the mission: 1) Respect 2) Openness 3) Sustainability 4) Excellence (“Our Strategic Priorities”, 2021)

Three Possible Stances

1) In order to be more inclusive of of older students, should the University allowoff campus students to be resident assisants? public health assisant ? among many more poositions previously not allowed?
1) Yes 2)No 3) University should require special waivers due to extenuating cirumsatances?
3)…..??? <--- I am still stuck on this last possible stance to bring up and debate.. Any ideas? My goal is to convince the univerrsity to abolish the long standing policy of not allowing off campus students to hold down most of on campus job, particularly older students.
