Complete a written assignment based on critical evaluation and application of relevant literature to the case study “Siemens A: The Foresi-ght Programme” (Link attached below).
Using relevant theory to illustrate and support your arguments:
a. Identify and discuss the key drivers of change and their impact on Siemens. (10%)
b. Critically evaluate, using Porter’s Five Forces Analysis, the competitive context and changing business environment. (30%)
c. Using the findings from ‘b’, create suitable recommendations for future strategic direction (10%)
NB: Must answer and base all research on the UK market/regulations. You may go beyond the case study information to support your ev-aluation, but the majority of your answer should be based on the case study information.
The word limit is a maximum of 2,000 words (excluding contents pages, appendices and reference lists).
The assignment should be word processed and structured in essay format (i.e. coherently structured; not in bullet points) and presented i-n Arial, size 12 font, double justified. Each part of the assignment questions should be clearly labelled and identified. Must incorporate at least 15 relevant citations, correctly referenced using the Harvard System, with a full reference list included at the end of the assignmen-t.
