I have alredy attached an outline that I created, you can follow along with that outline and fill it in.

– Please first read the case “SMB case- Rock Solid Industrial Parts” many times so you have a THOROUGH understanding of the case. The professor is extremely detailed in his directions.
– I have included my essay outline attached as well. Please use this as an outline for the case study essay. Just make sure to fix the formatting according to the guidance and example file.
– Pay close attention to page 7 of the SMB case- there are specific questions and topics that need to be addressed in the written case
– PS this is an information design choice.
– The file titled “Written Case Analysis Expectations and Guidelines is important! It shows the exact format the professor wants the case in including citations, endnotes, titles, images, etc Please read it carefully and follow those guidelines!
– Citations and sources are one of the most important factors in determining the grade for this paper. Professor has stated in his words “I can tell by the citations what the grade of a paper will be. Do not bullshit because I can tell.” Please make sure to use reliable sources
– I have a very rough draft of the intro and sales portion, please edit and revise heavily.
– Do not include CRM name or specific software in the processes section. I would like to use Zoho for most of the software, but it should not be listed as a solution until the software component of the paper. Make sure to be extremely detailed in that part, and chunk appropriately. Each department solution should have its own paragraph in software. And as needed in hardware.
– In total the whole paper should be about 15 pages long. With the cover and my sales portion already accounted for, I will need 12 pages written, not including citations. Thank you so much! Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
