Step 2: Download or Write Down Data
After determining the topic you’d like to use, locate and download the CSV file if one is available. Otherwise you might need to download the PDF and write out the data you’ll use in an Excel document. You might also need to copy this data directly from the website if a CSV or PDF is not available.
Please make sure you review the data and determine if you can use it to convey the data using charts, graphs, and icons.
Step 3: Storyboard
Within the storyboard template, you will need to provide a brief summary of the topic you have selected.
Then, you’ll create a storyboard of what your video infographic will contain (you can change the order). Use Illustrator to draw up Storyboard

Fact 2 (graph/chart)
Statement/graphics/icons slide
Call to action on what the viewer should do next
Closing slide with where the data was obtained
Step 4: Submit the Data and Storyboard
Compress the items below into a single .zip file, and submit them.
CSV file of your dataset (if used)
Word, AI, or JPG of your storyboard
