I need this paper reviewed and edited. I need a better connection between the theory and the crime. Essentially a better nexus with examples. Nice job and overview on SCT, historically. However, I am somewhat concerned as you were to do this on Social Learning Theory per W1. Also,I am concerned that you are not addressing cyberterrorism as a crime but as a crime that people do not report or are reluctant to report suspicious activity. You should be talking about cyberterrorism as a criminal act and what can SCT do to bring more attention to or help us to alleviate this crime. Is the cyberterrorist an impulsive person. You talk about a hypothesis in your purpose and main idea discussion? What is this and where did you get it from? Your Cardeli reference; how does that fit this paper? Your reference that is related to Covid?
