Chapter 12
There has been debate about whether or not single-sex or single-gendered (both terms have been used) classrooms are more or less effective than coeducation classrooms. Some Georgia schools have tried single-sex classes in recent years as it was allowed under the No Child Left Behind Act. What do you see as the pros and cons of single-sex classrooms/education in schools? Does the age of students make a difference?
