You will use the book, Plato and Aristophanes. Texts on Socrates. Trans. Thomas West and Grace Starry West. Ithaca: Cornell University Press, 1998, and write about Socrates and his attitude toward Athenian democracy.
Socrates was described to have asked the most important questions about wisdom, justice, and law in political philosophy, so if be on the lookout for if anything you read about him seemed revolutionary and/ or shaped the arena of political thought as we know it today.
Finding articles online different than the book mentioned above are welcomed to be included in the task.

University of Chicago Press: 2013. , but if you do, you must introduce Aristotle. And also, if you do use Aristotle as a comparison, please make the majority of the paper on Socrates, and do not make cover both thinkers the same amount.
