Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you examine the concept of motivation. Address the following in your paper:
Define motivation, and explain how motivation can be expressd.
Define and discuss at least 3 sources of motivation (Keep in mind that pretty much all sources fall under either intrinsic or extrinsic, but you can go a little bit more in-depth about things like achievement, needs, drive, etc.).
Analyze the relationship between the brain, motivation, and behavior (make sure to use a specific example here, covering at lea-st one part of the brain).
Apply at least 2 theories of motivation to explain how behavior exhibits motivation (several theories are discussed in the text in this week’s readings, that is a great place to get information for this part).
Include at least 2 references from scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles. Note that the text should be used as a cited and referenced source in your paper, but it does not count as one of your peer-reviewed sources. There are journal articles in the electronic reserve readings that would work well, and are considered peer-reviewed.
Format your paper and all citations and references according to APA guidelines.
