Stakeholder Relations

a. Written Term Paper
Students will be required to submit one (1) written term paper on a Labor Relations related topic of their choice.
Your term paper should address the following points:
Choose one Labor Relations topic that will be discussed during the MOD and do a deep dive into that topic.
Use no less than four (4) sources to discover information relevant to your topic of choice.
Your paper should be between 6 and 10 pages in length. Note: the length specified does not include the cover page or the bibliography (both are required)
Make sure that you have an opening statement/thesis, and in-depth body, and comprehensive closing.
Be sure that you run spelling and grammar check one last time before you submit your paper.
Be sure to re-read your paper one more time. Read slowly, make sure you read and listen to every word. It is common for our minds to get ahead of our fingers which causes us to miss letters in words and words in sentences.
Be careful of acronyms. It is common for the same acronym to be used in multiple ways. Follow the rule of spelling out the full word or team the first time you use it in the paper, then it is ok to use the acronym through the rest of the paper. For example: ABA can be used for American Banking Association and American Baking Association, do not assume that the reader knows all the same acronyms that you know.
Assume that you are writing this paper to be read by someone who knows NOTHING about Labor Relations.
