For each case, identify the media practitioner at the center of the dilemma and at least six individual stakeholders or stakeholder groups that are affected by the practitioner’s decision. Get creative! There are always more stakeholders than the “victim” and “actor.”
What are the long-term and short-term effects of the decision for each stakeholder? As a communication leader, what is your response/message to each stakeholder?
