This assignment will provide an opportunity to examine an OB topic of interest. You will be required to examine an organizational behavior issue (e.g. Motivation, Leadership, Decision Making, Teamwork) from a variety of points of view. Conclusions should be drawn regarding the effective use of a broad range of behavioral theories as they pertain to organizational performance. A submission of a 5-7 pages formal paper is required (cover page and bibliography not included) via APA format.

For the final Paper, chose any company of your choice… eg. Google, Walmart etc. . Choose one of the 16 chapters/concepts that we have been exploring via assignments and discussion eg. (social perception and managing diversity, motivation, etc.) and apply that concept to the company of your choice. State and explain how effective that topic/concept affects the company’s image and its employee’s wellbeing. You may compare or contrast with another company.
