You are almost done with your project! This week you will make a decision about what should be done.
What’s the “right” thing to do? Explain how you would solve the ethical dilemma that you have presented, and which theorist and ethical theory work best.
Make sure you are “solving” your dilemma incorporating specific facts and ethics to explain your solutions.

Do not just repeat what you wrote in prior papers. Include new information. Make sure to use the facts with the definitions from the ethical theories you chose in week’s past.
QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER IN THIS PAPER:
When you consider the different solutions to resolving the ethical dilemma, are there any likely impacts of the solutions you or the business came up with?
If there are more than one solution to your dilemma, what are the outcomes of each solution? Who (e.g., stakeholders) will they affect? How will each solution harm or help people? Explain any totally unacceptable solutions. REMEMBER, we look at the dilemma from all angles!
KEEP IN MIND: THIS IS A SEPARATE PAPER. DO NOT INCLUDE ALL OF YOUR WORK FROM PRIOR WEEKS. ONLY INCLUDE THE PARTS, IF ANY, THAT RELATE TO THIS ASSIGNMENT!

FYI: Your decision should address the ethical problem you identified in your paper and educate new and/or existing employees on what is “wrong” and why they should do “_____” instead of “_____” to eliminate the problem or solve it when they face it.
Make sure you clearly and specifically show the “right” conduct concerning the ethical issue and explain why this ethical issue in the workplace matters. Come to conclusions about each of the ethical theories you discussed. If you do not feel that a decision can be made, do your best using the material we learned during this class. List what information you would need to make the decision, if you can’t make one based on what you presented.
