STEM Lesson Focuses on Diverse Learners

For this week’s Assignment, using the Science Lesson Template in this
week’s Resources, you will plan a lesson that focuses on STEM
strategies for diverse learners. Several research-based strategies have
been included in the plan, but you are not limited to using only these.
This lesson should specifically address how your students are diverse
and what strategies are critical to meeting their specific needs. To help
you plan your lesson, this week’s Resources includes discussion of the
5 E’s Strategy—a powerful instructional tool that builds and strengthens
active learning. Keep in mind that your Science Lesson Plan should
connect to one of the unifying themes and one of the Historical
Perspectives from the Benchmarks Online site.
