Module #4 Stock Assignment
1. Create TWO excel charts(time to learn how if you do not know how). One telling me the NAME & SYMBOL of the stock you purchased and the number of shares and value of your stock; the other your net worth. The first one should cover a few dates during the first module.
You will keep these charts weekly for each module of this assignment and add to them to show the growth or losses you experience.
From what you know of your chosen company, do you think its board will be gender and racially diverse?

2. Go to the investor relations website. Give me a live link to the last filed annual report. It must be from the investor relations website. To find the information below you may have to download the report and search. If your stock is newly gone public, then it does not have an annual report. Find it’s S-1 (registration statement) on its website and give me that link.; you can get the information I am asking for from the S-1.

3. Report & compare the net income from the year of the annual report and the preceding year. If they do not call it net income do not fret. Might be consolidated income or earned income. Try to find some sort of income after expenditures and tell me whether it went up or down.

4. Go to the section regarding Risk. What is one of the possible market risk, as discussed in the annual report, that this company is facing this year? Anything but Covid 19. Again you may have had to download the report.

Attach only one document with all the information chart and all. Do not type in the write/submission box you will lose points. Your paper might get hidden.
I will grade one document. Copy and paste the chart into a word document not the other way around. (Excel has instructions on how to put the excel chart in a word document) .
If you do it this way your document is accessible by me . DO NOT WRITE IN THE “write submission” box. I Don’t write in the Comment section

All the rules are the same for all Stock Assignments. Attach it as one word document. Do not type anything in any of the other areas of the submission such as the write submission box or comment area.
