The following instructions is for a Strategic Management Case Study Analysis assignment.
Read the attached “McDonald’s Corporation” case study.
Assume that you have the role of a consutant, speaking to the board of directors at the McDonald’s Corporation.
In no more than 3000 words, present your answer in a professional manner using a formal report consisting of the following components in the following order:

2) One-page Executive Summary the represents the “report in short”. The summary must summarize the major and most important minor issues and recommendations.
3) Table of Contents
4) Introduction of the report
5) Body of the report (including a Situational Analysis, an Analysis for Alternatives for Adressing the Major Strategic Issues, Recommendations, Implementation and Action Plan, and a Financial Forecast. Please read the attached “Steps for Approaching Cases” document on how to complete these.)
6) Conclusion of the report.
7) Appendices/Exhibits
8) References/Bibliography
Present the contents of the report in a well-written manner that refelcts an appropriate tone for the receivers of the report (i.e the board of directors at the McDonald’s Corporation)
Present the quantitative analyses in appendices, exhibits or tables, and references them in the body of the report. Provide labels and audit trails for all calculations.
Provide the details of the situational analysis (e.g SWOT, ratios, benchmarking, etc.)in appendices, and summarize the highlights of the important factos and issues in the body of the report.
The report MUST be in an APA7 style formatting.
Appendices/Exhibits and References/Bibiliography will NOT be included in the 3000 word count.
There is a decent amount of external research required for this report outside of the attached case study. A minimum of 10 academic research references are required.
All academic research references MUST properly be referenced using APA7 referencing, including the attached “McDonald’s Corporation” case study.
