3. Executive summary:
Explain the gist of the book in about 2000 words. The summary should be in the students’ own words and not just paraphrasing the contents of the book.
4. About the author:
List some other books/publications of the author, their body of work and professional experience. Also write why you think the author is the correct person to write the book.
5. Chapter/topic wise explanation of core principles understood from the book. In case the book is divided into chapters then this needs to be chapter-wise, else it can be divided into 12-15 core principles based on the students’ understanding. The student is expected to explain the concept, its application, any case studies or examples wherever applicable. Students will be marked separately for this section which will also serve as a writing assignment.
6. Present an idea about a book that you would write on any matter related to finance/wealth management and present a brief(not more than 1000 words) summary of what your idea would be.
