Students will submit a 4-5-page double-spaced paper (in APA format) that describes how this course has impacted their professional development as a clinician and supervisor. What is your developing conceptualization and approach to supervision? Incorporate the course readings and other peer-reviewed articles regarding your understanding of the models of supervision and conceptualization and approach to supervision. Describe the challenges you anticipate you might experience in the role of a supervisor and how you might address them. Discuss what steps you might take to ensure you receive and integrate feedback as a supervisor. Discuss any specific issues (e.g., ethical/legal; gender differences; generational gap; cultural diversity) that may play a significant role in your supervision experience. Please include references.
