Survey Idea and Questionnaire Design

Define your Hypothesis or Hypotheses ( no more than 3 hypotheses).

Identify your IV and DV’s

Define constructs and if using multiple constructs (i.e., customer satisfaction) then 4-6 questions per construct, no more than 3 constructs. One hypothesis per construct.

Create the questionnaire in Qualtrics.

Make sure you have a section for each construct or hypothesis and the last section should be demographics.
