information from Unilever including but not limited to the toolkits currently
deployed in measuring and reporting the Unilever Employee Experience
Sustainability footprint for the offices, Business Travel & Fleet, Research
& Development centres, and Data centres.
2. 2. Source and review existing relevant literature, journals,
toolkits, methodologies, practices worth replicating and best practices.
3. 3. Carry out relevant surveys and series of internal
benchmarking with employees as part of input to project.
4. 4. Boundary definition of the Sustainability impact of
employees when working from home.
5. 5. Determine the criticality of inclusion of hybrid
working culture as part of Unilevers sustainability target from data insight
6. 6. Review and recommend improvement of existing or
develop new tools to monitor and report the Sustainability impact of FTEs.
7. 7 Evaluate and recommend behaviour and policy changes
that would be engineered by the program.
8.Deliver a comprehensive report on outcome
DELIVERABLES
1. Toolkit to measure/benchmark the Sustainability impact
of hybrid working.
2. A clear list of behaviour and policy changes
recommendations
3. Actionable insights into how the impact on
Sustainability when working from home can be included in the Company overall
footprint (e.g., scope 3 emissions)
4. The methodology to address the Sustainability impact
when working from home.
