Create a service for another country. The service will be similar to The Sphere is Las Vegas but the difference is it will be a huge sports complex for professional sporting events like boxing, soccer, basketball, and other events. The goal of this service is to be THE place where events are held in Dubai since there has been a huge flood of promotion events with things like boxing events in Saudi Arabia.
Talk about the popularity of Dubai’s sporting events when speaking about the promotional side of things to strengthen the paper. Musts for the paper: Descriptive reasons for company selection, Explanation of the 4Ps (product, price, promotion & place), Business description (organization/structure, LLC, LLP, Sole Proprietor), S.W.O.T.
