Introduction

As an individual who values social responsibility, I have come across numerous key elements that have resonated with me deeply. By combining personal reflections with relevant literature, this essay delves into the significance of ethical leadership, sustainability and environmental stewardship, social equity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, and community engagement and collaboration.

Key Elements of Socially Responsible Practice

Ethical Leadership

Ethical leadership serves as a fundamental element of socially responsible practice. Ethical leaders prioritize moral decision-making and demonstrate integrity, fairness, and moral courage (Brown & Treviño, 2019). They act as role models, inspiring others to act responsibly and ethically.
