EFAS – Needs the following fixed:
the Tesla case runs 2008-2010. Use the revenue level of 2010 to make all your estimations in the comments section. Weights for opportunities reflect how much revenue goes up. Weights for threats reflect how much revenue goes down.
How to calculate weights: Add ALL comments of increase/decrease of revenue from O1 to T5. Get a TOTAL, then calculate O1 revenue/TOTAL to get O1’s weight. Do the same with all SFs.
The last sentence in the comments area must justify the rates.
You need also to add a last sentence to justify the rates. Rates reflect how Amazon is doing in terms of each strategic factor by 2010. Rates go from 1 to 5, with 3 reflecting the average of the industry. For instance, the given rate of 5 for O1 would reflect that Amazon is the best in the industry to get government incentives and the best to take advantage of free trade agreements by 2010. However, it is just the average of the industry in terms of Innovation (O4), and below the average in terms of Patents and Intellectual Property (O5). I am not an Amazon expert, but I had the impression Amazon was at the top for Innovation in 2010, so a 3 would be a mistake. But, as I said, I am not the expert, you will be. Please review your rates, and adjust them if necessary.
I noticed in the O4 comments, you mention that “Toyota, BMW and Honda are introducing innovations that could work better than Tesla’s…” Is this a comment for 2010? It seems not. Make sure you end your scanning analysis in 2010 and do not mention things that happened after 2010.

please state in the 2nd sentence of each comment, how much each strength may increase revenue and how much each weakness would decrease revenue.
The last sentence should mention the logic behind the rate. Rates reflect how Tesla is performing by 2010 in terms of each factor.
