This is an extended essay about the characterization of female characters by male and female authors. It isn’t exactly a comparison between how the two genders characterize female protagonists but more of an analysis on how well the authors made the characters complex through language and overall portrayal of women. I need one more source for this essay because the required number is 12 and I only have 11. I also need more quotes from both of the main texts to show examples of their characterization of the female protagonists. I would like this essay to be a little more polished and have a more clear argument to it. I need more analysis of the authors’ writing and less description.
