The chapter should discuss the analysis and the result of the data collected for the study. It should be divided into three sections. The first section describing the demographic characteristics of the respondents, the second section examining Work Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation on employee performance and the third section examining the effect of motivation on employee’s performance. The analysis in sections 2-4 should be presented in two parts. part one presenting descriptive analysis of the opinion of the respondents and part two presenting the result of inferential statistics conducted using correlation test, Kendal test and Krustall Wallis test to compare the opining of varying groups and Principal Component Factor Analysis to identify the major factors that have the most significant impact on each of the components using SPSS V23. Data should also be tested for reliability and consistency, in order to ensure its reliability for the analysis.
