Each student will complete the policy analysis begun with the Framing Memorandum attached. The analysis should demonstrate that the student understands course readings and be based both on logic and on the presentation and critique of relevant evidence. A complete criteria-alternatives matrix should be included, with a short phrase in each cell of the matrix that describes the relevant projected outcome. The Final Policy Analysis Report should be limited to 15 pages including your title page and bibliography.
