The recent decades have seen the proliferation of leadership programs, but how can we measure their effectiveness?

The literature review should cover both program theory and empirical research on similar evaluations and their findings and methods. Identify the main question of analysis, summarize the approach of each of the papers and their findings, and critically assess the strengths and weaknesses of each paper, while relating them to each other rather than reviewing them in isolation. Suggestions for further research and policy recommendations should be outlined as well.
