The Rise of Multi-Domain MDM

According to Gartner, multi-domain MDM enables digital business to advance from “collecting” data for a single data domain to “connecting” several data domains. Generally, customer and product MDM have been the primary domains for MDM. More recently, other domains have also attracted some customer interest; these domains include digital assets, supplier data, hierarchy, geospatial and reference data
After reading assigned materials and watching video lectures, locate 3 additional peer-reviewed articles and summarize the learnings of this week’s curriculum by writing a discussion post that discusses the emerging trends of multi-domain MDM with real-life examples of successful implementation.
