is in the Constitution. Students can choose a clause in the original articles (e.g. the power to
declare war, the Treaty Clause, etc.), the Bill of Rights (e.g. the Establishment Clause, keeping
and bearing arms, etc.), or a subsequent amendment (e.g. the Due Process Clause of the
Fourteenth Amendment, etc.).
