How can a business manager strategize to seek out skilled talent, while also seeking recruits with the right ‘personality fit’ for the company? Which is most important and why? (if you argue both are equally important – why?)
Question 2: Research the concept of ‘change fatigue’, a failure to adapt to change due to the manner in which it is planned, timed, and communicated. Explain causes and solutions to establish and reinforce organizational stability through change.
Question 3: What methods of communication would you apply to support, motivate, and improve the performance of employees following a significant downsizing.
