The case study should be
written as if you were a professional consultant reporting to a client.
Format for Case Study
The overall structure of your case study should include the following:
A-Cover Sheet which can be in the APA format containing case study title, student’s
Name, date case study is submitted
B- Body of the Case Study
i. You should start with an Introduction/Summary of Case describing what you will
be covering in the case study and/or the questions you will be addressing.
ii. Each question that you are discussing should be broken out into separate
paragraphs with a title, i.e. 5-21: Areas of Management Functions Involved in
This Case; 5-22: Underlying Ethical Issues; 5-23: Applicable Business-based
Managerial Approaches, etc.
iii. Your case study should end with a Conclusions section which sums up the
situation, the appropriate managerial actions, and the expected outcomes.
