Time Log Analysis

Instructions:
1. Using the Schwartz article, briefly state if you are effectively managing your time/energy. Frame your discussion in terms of mind (e.g., school, work), body (exercise, diet), emotions (happy, irritable), and spirit (balanced, not in control).

2. State the degree of alignment/misalignment
between how you think or would like to be allocating your time versus how you are actually spending your time. You may not have something to say about all 4. (This should take about half a page no more than a page)

3. **Look in depth at 2 areas (mind, the body tend to be most popular) and analyze the extent to which you follow or make mistakes that Schwartz identifies. Also, relate this to Christensen’s comments about common mistakes (“just this once” “tomorrow”) and useful practices (hour/day for reflection). (This should take half a page minimum for each of the 2 areas to no more than a page each)

4. **What have you learned? What does your time log thus far tell you about whether you “walk your talk?” in terms of what you wrote in Exam 1 – fulfilling your purpose, maintaining relationships, living your values. (This should take half a page to no more than a page).

5. **Papers must be submitted in word or pdf. Single-spaced text, double space between headers and paragraphs, one-inch margins, well proofread. proper use of blocking, paragraph structure, and white space, 12 point font (preferably Times-Roman), and of course concise and focused.
