The Essay must be double spaced, Times New Roman, MLA format, and 12p font.

The essay will be tied to the article “Shopping: A Spiritual Adventure in America” which I will upload. In the essay, you must provide a directed summary of the article and other examples to back the thesis you have drawn either personal or from an outside source.

Thesis:
Shopping: What aspects of shopping in America lead Rose to refer to it as a “spiritual adventure”?

The thesis statement must be located in the first paragraph (intro) towards the end after the directed summary.

There should be about 2-3 body paragraphs depending on the number of personal or outside examples you use.

The teacher is looking for a lot of development in the essay. Development of your thesis, examples, and the main point of the essay
