You will research company data and secondary research sources (peer-reviewed journals, published case-studies, company websites, google scholar – research articles, videos, newspaper/ magazine articles).
§ Remember to not only describe what the organization is doing in each of the areas, but also to analyse how well they are doing, which includes looking at how the competition might be doing. Good analysis considers both the good and the bad when looking at an organization.
§ As the purpose of this project assignment is to broaden your learning, please avoid or minimize rehashing topic or information covered in the course text book.
§ Each team will submit a 10 minute recorded video presentation. Your presentation should be accompanied by between 10 -12 ppt. slides (excluding a title and reference slide) and submitted through turnitin or email.
§ Where appropriate, there should be short summarized notes under each ppt. slides to support your presentation.
§ Every member (student) in each team must take an active part (i.e. speaking / coordinating), and make approximately equal contribution in creating the ppt. slides and doing the presentation.
§ Overall grade for the project will be based on the depth of research and quality of analysis, soundness of reasoning, coherence and clarity of the content presented, while the presentation will be graded based on professionalism, creative/esthetic appeal of slides, speaker transition, time keeping, audience engagement and platform skills.
