Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)

The Nutrition in Healthcare: Resource Guide is an individual project that will be completed in each module throughout the course. At the end of the course, each person will share their work with the class. The work shared will be compiled into a resource guide written by the class that you will be able to download and take with you after this course.
Your individual goal is to research and report on a specific disease or age group to contribute to the class resource guide.
The completed deliverable will be multifaceted but, most importantly, will contain guidance about how the registered nurse can aid the patient in their nutritional status. Each week you will complete parts of the project in order to stay on track. This project will take approximately 15–20 hours throughout the course to complete.

Find science-based resources to fill-in the information in the document.
