Overview
In this assignment, you are required to identify types of misconduct that could lead to innocent people being convicted and sentenced for crimes they did not commit. You are to include all three legal professionals (judges, prosecutors, and defenders). Develop a solution to this ethical misconduct. Although important initiatives, such as the Innocence Project, can rectify these wrongs, they do not address the causes of the misconduct.
Note: Your response should be complete, detailed, and address all the items in the Guideline for Ethical Decision Making provided, as well as uses the concepts discussed in Module 4. You should provide examples in your response whenever possible.
